Mitja Dečman is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Public Administration, teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level. He holds a Ph. D. in Administration Science and a MSc. in Computer Science. His project and research work covers the following areas: information systems, benchmarking systems, long-term digital preservation, digital government, digital transformation, information governance and others.
Throughout his carrier he held the following positions: chairman of the e-learning committee, head of chair for organisation and informatics, vice dean for knowledge transfer and vice dean for students affairs at the faculty.
